AIRWAYS AVIATION ESMA AND IAAG SIGN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Airways Aviation ESMA has signed a strategic partner agreement with IAAG – Institut Aeronautique Amaury de la Grange. This agreement brings two of France’s most respected and renowned aviation training organizations together.

The partnership has three main goals:

  1. The companies will increase their geographic coverage by sharing existing facilities in Paris, Lille, and Montpellier.
  2. To offer a variety of courses on the market, such as Pilot, Maintenance Technician, and Cabin Crew.
  3. Develop joint offers for international customers, particularly in Europe and Africa.

Captain Mauro Calvano, president of Airways Aviation ESMA, and Mathilde Mich, chief executive officer of Elysees Education Group and owner of IAAG, signed the agreement in Paris.

Brigadier-General Jean-Marc Vigilant (Ret.) commented: “As Chair of the IAAG Strategic Committee, I’m delighted to see that this project with our new Partner Airways Aviation Academy has come to fruition. This strategic alliance between two internationally renowned aviation training institutions reflects our commitment to renewing aviation. We are creating new paths in training excellence by offering innovative and unique opportunities to students who want a career in the aviation industry. This collaboration provides excellent synergies and new perspectives in terms of geographic locations, educational innovations, and international openness.

Alexandre Alves, Global COO & CCO Airways Aviation Group, said: “We couldn’t be more pleased to join forces with IAAG. We have been discussing this agreement for several months. It brings together the two oldest and most experienced aviation training companies in France. We have complementary capabilities in terms of locations and courses, and by combining them, we can offer more to the market. This is an unmatched offer for the course portfolio, which includes pilots, cabin crew, and maintenance technicians, among others. It also offers wide coverage, with locations in Paris, Lille, and Montpellier. This joint venture will bring us closer to the market and provide a larger training capacity. We can offer solutions to those who want to join aviation as well as to companies that need a large number of qualified employees.
