AIRWAYS AVIATION ESMA AND INSTITUT AÉRONAUTIQUE AMAURY DE LA GRANGE SIGN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Airways Aviation ESMA, a global flight training group that operates pilot training academies in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, as well as India, has signed a partnership agreement with IAAG – Institut Aeronautique Amaury de la Grange. This agreement brings two of France’s most respected and renowned aviation training organizations together.

The partnership has three main goals.

1. By sharing existing facilities in Paris Lille and Montpellier, both companies will be able to increase their geographic coverage. Offer more courses and differentiate them in the market, such as Pilots, Maintenance Technicians, Cabin Crew, and others.
3. Develop joint offers for international customers, particularly in Europe and Africa.

The agreement was signed by Mathilde Mich, Chief Executive Officer of Elysees Education Group and owner of IAAG, and Captain Mauro Cavano, President of Airways Aviation ESMA and CEO of Europe & Africa Airways Aviation Group in Paris.

Brigadier-General Jean-Marc Vigilant (Ret.) said: “As the Chairman of IAAG’s Strategic Committee, I’m delighted to see that this project with our new Partner Airways Aviation Academy has come to fruition. This strategic alliance between two internationally recognized institutions in aviation training reflects our commitment to aviation renewal.

Together, we are breaking new ground in the training of excellence and offering innovative and unique opportunities to students who want a career in aviation.

This promising collaboration fosters excellent symbioses and offers new perspectives in terms of geographic locations, educational innovations, and international openness. Thus contributing to the improvement and quality of aeronautical education.”

Alexandre Alves, Global COO & CCO Airways Aviation Group, said: “We couldn’t be more pleased to join forces with IAAG. We have been discussing this agreement for several months. It brings together two of France’s oldest and most respected aviation training organizations.

By combining our capabilities, we can offer a much wider range of services to the market. This is an unmatched offer, both in terms of the course portfolio, which includes pilots, cabin crew, maintenance technicians, etc., and coverage, with three locations in Paris Lille and Montpellier.

This joint venture will bring us closer to the market, and we can offer a greater training capacity. We are able to provide solutions to both those who dream of becoming an aviation professional as well as to companies that need a large number of highly qualified employees.”
